The S11 series Hermetically-sealed transformers have good prospect of application in the power system. Less no-load loss.

The S11-M series products are in accordance with the national standard GB 1094 Power Transformer and GB/T6451 Technical Parameters and Requirements of Three-phase Oil-immersed Distribution Transformer. 

The S11 series hermetically-sealed distribution transformers have good prospect of application in the power system. The no-load loss is about 30% lower than that of the S9 transformer.

Structural features:

The core uses high-quality cold-rolled grain orientation silicon steel sheet. 45° complete-slanting seam and no punching for the core. The core column is painted with PU varnish for solidification.The coil is oxygen-free copper conductor in reasonable structure, which will improve the resistance for sudden short circuit.The support for the winding section is increased to improve the short-circuit resistance of the winding.The oil conservator is removed. The oil pipe is replaced by the wing of the ripple tank to serve as the cooling component. The wing can be compressed with the volume of the transformer. The oil of the transformer is isolated from the atmosphere to prevent and slow down the degradation and insulation wetting of the oil, enhance the reliability of the operation, and ensure normal operation without maintenance.
