Titanium Anode
Coated titanium anode is mainly applied to two parts, namely electrochemistry and electrometallurgy, and is used in the following fields: chlor-alkali industry, chlorate production, pypocholoride production, perchlorate production, persulphate electrolysis, organic electro-synthesis, non-ferrous metal extraction by electrolysis, production of electrolysis silver catalyst, copper foil manufacturing by electrolysis, mercury recovery by electrolysis oxidation, water electrolysis, production of chloride dioxide, hospital sewage disposal, treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater in electro-plating factory, disinfection of living water and food utensil, treatment of cooling circulating water in power plant, treatment of wool spinning dyeing and finishing wastewater, treatment of industrial water, preparation of acid/alkaline ionic water by electrolysis, copper plate galvanization, rhodanizing, palladium plating, gold plating, lead plating, seawater desalting by electroosmosis, preparation of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide by electroosmosis, electrolysis of fuse salt, battery production, cathode production, production of negative electrode foil, anode oxidation of aluminous foil, etc. The coated titanium anode is used in chemical industry, metallurgy, water treatment, environmental protection, electro-plating, electrolysis organic synthesis and other fields.
In recent years, coated titanium anode presents new trend in surface treatment industry. Some nano-material can be added in the coating to improve electro-catalysis activity of the anode, or oxygen evolution potential of coating is regulated in some special plating liquid to inhibit generation of some foreign ion, so as to keep plating liquid stable. Along with deep research of the coated titanium anode, application prospect of the anode will be sure to be wider and wider.
