purpose:

a. Use in cleaning of film output and different kinds of printing plate; able to remove dirt produced on printing plate strongly (over-whip, scumming, oxidation dirt and other kinds of dirt).b. at the time of removing ink on printing plate, it can raise the grease-sensing ability in graphical and text area, and on the other hand, improve the greasing-sensing inability in non graphical area.c. able to be used in different kinds of planography, such as PS plate, aluminum plate and zinc plate.

Properties:

 a. Strong in cleaning plate, stable functionalities, not harmful to plate surface, safe, environmental friendly, and ignition-blocking.

b. Do not erode any kinds of materials around the automatic cleaning machine.

c. Have the same desiccation and cleaning ability of gasoline and hexane (white gasoline).

 Way touse:

a. Use when printing is starting, take a cotton wool which dip with KDF plate cleaner and whip the plate evenly. Just do not wait for drying and lower water roller directly and start up machine.

b. When there is a need to clean dirt on plate, ink dot blocking or over-whipping and leaving nick, it is able to smear appropriate amount of ¡°KDF¡± plate cleaning on the plate. After the smearing( or use water to washing plate cleaner ) , it is immediately ready for printing.

 

Caution:

a. Please shake up before using.

b. Close the lid tightly after use.
