Purpose:
A. Use in changing color process in printing, or during machine maintenance period, such as off duty, and for washing printing ink in machines.B. Has function of solvent and water, and able to remove water-soluble dirt, like paper gross.C. Able to prevent and wash away ink dirt, strong cleansing power; protect mackintosh and elasticity of ink rollers and extend the lifetime of mackintosh and ink rollers.
Properties:
1.Displaces traditional cleaning agent, such as gasoline, hexane (white gasoline); does not contain toxic volatile, and have superior properties of high-effective, ignition-blocking, energy-saving, environmental friendly and safe.
2. Able to remove bright film, and elasticity of ink roller can be recovered, ink transfer equally; serve protective effect on ink rollers and extend lifetime of ink rollers.
3. Able to clean ink roller, mackintosh and ink on PS plate quickly.
Way to use:
1. Use 5-litre plastic bucket to take 1 litre of cleaning agent from original agent iron bucket. After adding 1 litre of water (original agent:water = 1:1), wobble in direction of left to right (do not wobble up and down). This will make original agent and water mix sufficiently,and form a milky white liquid. Then,add 1-2 litres of water,the highest ratio is original agent:water=1:4-5. After sufficient mixing, the resultant mixture (that is the working agent) is ready for use.
2. Pour working agent into pot which has press spray utility, then spray the agent onto the ink roller for washing. If there is some part of dirty area, use cotton yarn to dip minim amount of the working agent. Once whipping the dirty the area, and it will be clean. After the printing process, add minim amount of water and let the roller rotate for 1-2 minutes, then it is able to add printing ink.
3. Whip and dry mackintosh: use clean water to spray onto ink roller cleaning agent. After spraying evenly, whip and cleanse directly. After whipping and not waiting for dry, it is ready for printing.
