Small-capacity loudspeaker magnetizer is suitable for the saturated magnetization of ferrite magnetic circuit of a diameter less than 160mm and NdFeB magnetic circuit of a diameter less than 60mm. It is used to magnetizing small size loudspeakers, receiver, mini trumpet, buzzer, etc.Features:
(1)High efficiency: Fast charge speed, high working efficiency, Suitable for fast continuous magnetization process in flow line production.
(2)Large magnetic strength: high voltage large current magnetizing method is adopted. Large pulse magnetic strength can meet the requirements of saturated magnetization of high-coercivity magnetic materials.
(3)High reliability: Special purpose high-voltage non-polarity capacitor and high quality electronic elements are adopted. The manufacturing process is strictly controlled. So the machine has low failure rate and long service life.
(4)Good adaptability: This machine can match with different impedance and structure magnetizing fixture. It is flexible and convenient to use.
(5)Flexible cooling mode: According to the different requirements, air cooling, water cooling and refrigerating mode are available for choice.
(6)Good safety: The machine is produced in accordance with the standard Q/SCT001-2006 “Standard for Pulse Magnetizer”. When the power is turned off, the inner circuit can be discharged automatically, which ensures the safety of operators.
