1. It adopts Infrared to solve work pieces positioning problem.

2. It can examine the magnetic intensity automatically. If the magnetic intensity goes beyond the set limitation, it will alarm, which ensures that every magnetized workpiece is acceptable product.

3. It can recognize magnetizing base and demagnetizing base automatically.

4. Siemens PLC control system is adopted. The running parameters can be examined, faults diagnosis can be performed and alarm can rise in case of faults automatically.

5. It adopts human-friendly design.

6. The magnetizing base and demagnetizing base are equipped with thermocouples, which are used to monitor the temperature of magnetizing base.
