is titanium calcium coating low carbon Cr18Ni9 stainless steel welding electrode, with exellent mechanic performance and antierosion performance.

It  can be used on AC. or DC with excellent welding technoligical properties.

As better to use DC to avoid the large current.

Used for welding corrosion-resistant stainless steel structures of 0Cr19Ni11Ti under 300°C, and for stainless steel structures of low carbon 00Cr18Ni9.

Mainly for to make to compound the equipments of fibre, fertillzer and petroleum etc. 

Chemical composition:C≤0.04  Mn0.5-2.5  Si≤0.90.

Mechanical prosperities: σb≥520MPa δ≥35%AKv

Welding current for reference: (AC, DC+)
