Instruction of WH-C Series Micro Crane Scale

WH-C series Micro Crane Scale is the newest products of Guangzhou WeiHeng Electronics Co.,Ltd, which are high precision and large capacity digital scales. The products are internally installed the chip micro processor and the professional chip weighing sensor. Achieving full capacity digital nonlinear correction and Automatic temperature compensation. The scale has the characteristics of small size, large range, weighing precision, easily operating, durable, etc. It is adequate for industrial, agricultural, family and other weighing field.

Instruction:

Install the stainless steel loop and the hook on the scale and put on the batteries, hang it well. Press the “ON/OFF” button, the screen will display “8888”, the scale becomes initialization status. Then the display flashes 3times and shows “zero”, the scale could be used at this time.Units selecting: Press “MODE” key lasting 2seconds, the buzzer will utter the sound as “B” then change to another unit. There are 3 units selection of the scale: KG / LB / JINTare: Press “TARE”, the data on the screen become zero and flash 3times, it could be zero clearing and tare operated through the whole capacity.locked automatically or by hand: The scale could be changed the weighing status through operating the “TARE (AT/H)” key. Turn on the scale, press “TARE” lasting 2seconds with the buzzer utters the sounds as “B”, the screen shows “L-ON” or “L-OF”. “L-ON” means at the status of data locked automatically, and “L-OF” means at the status of data locked by hand..

Remark: Data locked automatically means that the scale will lock the data automatically after it weighs stable and at the same time have the buzzer sounds for hint.. It will keeps the data even the user put away things. However, it would be another way at the status of data locked by hand. Press “HOLD(MODE)” after the scale performance stable then can lock the data.

Unlocking operation: Once the data is locked, it will not change no matter increase or reduce eights. User could press “HOLD” to make the scale at the status of data locked automatically for increasing or reducing weights.Backlight: The backlight of this scale is managed dynamicly. the backlight will be extinguished after 5seconds without any pushbutton operation or weights change. Backlight will be illuminated when the scale be touched any button or weights changed.Power off: Press “ON/OFF” to turn off the scale by hand. The scale will be off without any operation or weights changed in 120s.
