4 Character: Colourless rhombic crystalline or prismatic crystal, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, relative density 1.63, melting point 34.6, when heated to 180, it may lose crystal water ,convert to anhydrous.
5 Uses: In food processing industry, it is used as agent for bake, prevent oxidizing, in dairy product, it is used as emulsifier, prevent albumen conagulation, In solid beverage, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, emulsifier.
6 Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
7 Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
