Introduction
This product is a quaternary ammonium cationic polymer. It has excellent efficiency in decoloring, flocculating and COD removal.
Properties
1.The product is mainly used to decolor the effluent with high chromaticity from the dyestuff plant. It is adequate for activated, acidic and dispersing dyes.
2.The product is also used in the treatment of effluent from textile, printing & dyeing industry and printing ink.
3.The rate of decoloring is more than 95% in wastewater treatment, and the rate of COD removal is between 40~70%.
Application
1. It is mainly used for waste water treatment for printing, dyeing, textile, mining, ink, paper and so on.
2. It can be mainly used for color removal treatment for high-colority waste water from dyestuffs plants. It is suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dyestuffs.
3. It also can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as retention agent.

8. Package: The solid product is packed in inner plastic bags and further in polypropylene woven bags with each bag containing 25Kg
9. Storage: The products shall be sealed and stored in the dry and ventilated place to prevent from rain ,high temperature and strong sunlight .
10.Application method:
1. It is recommended to prepare the product in water solution at 0.1% concentration. It is proposed to use the neutral and desalted water.
2. The product should be scattered evenly in the stirred water, and the dissolving can be accelerated by warming the water (below 60°C).
3. The most economical dosage can be determined based by a preliminary test.
4. The solid product is packed in inner plastic bags and further in polypropylene woven bags with each bag containing 25Kg. The colloidal product is packed in inner plastic bags and further in fiber plate drums with each drum containing 50Kg or 200kg.
5. This product is hyqroscopic, so it is should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place below 35°C.
6.The solid product should be prevented from leaking on the ground because the hygroscopic powder can make the floor slippery.
