This system is suitable for large laboratory building.

Based on our market research, many problems of pure water supply are existed in large laboratory building, such as multiple use points with different water quality and capacity requirements, high cost of consumables, inconvenient use. Considering these problems, we develop out central pure water supply system. This system realizes central production, circulative transportation and multiple use points .

Advantages of central pure water supply system are easy operation, efficient performance and low cost, it meets requirements by large and modern laboratory building.

Feature and Function

1. Control Function: automatic LCD touching screen and flash process diagram can monitor and display the real-time working status of each part.

2. Online monitor and display of working status and parameters: online monitor and display of flow rate, pressure, feed water quality and output water quality. It’s easy to know and analyze the working status of system.

3. Automatic protection and alarm: Self-inspection when machine starting up, protection alarm when lack of feed water, automatic reposition when power is off, automatic stop and protection when high or low water pressure. The system realizes linkage and can stop automatically if part of system has problem.

4. Anti-scale for RO membrane: Circulation flushing for RO membrane at fixed time can protect RO membrane effectively.

5. Automatic control on water level of all water reservoirs: Connection among all water reservoirs not only can realize linkage, but also protect pumps from idle running.

6. Online monitor of output water and circulation treatment of substandard water: In order to ensure the water quality at use point to meet the standard, output water quality is monitored online and real time. Meanwhile, there is a feed back device for water quality and do recirculation treatment for substandard water.

7. Automatic flushing for the pipeline: Flushing the pipeline at fixed time to keep clean. The waste water during cleaning can be discharged, or return back to mainframe for re-use in order to save water.

8. The parameters can be set and input as per application requirement, in order to meet the personalized automatic operation.

Material of Pipeline (it can be decided by customer)

We use UPVC pipeline from Taiwan special for ultrapure water, the pipeline and accessory adopts clean grade material. This high polymer material meets USA ASTM SCH.80 standard, and ensure stable physical and chemical properties. It’s suitable for transporting ultrapure water. Lifetime of UPVC pipeline can come up to 30 years.

Water transportation and dispense

Pure water is produced out from mainframe, and is transported to many use points. Ultrapure water is deeply treated at the use point to meet high requirement by user. The system adopts snake-like circulation pipeline, the back water is automatically monitored, if quality meets the standard it goes into storage tank. Sub-standard water goes into mainframe for second treatment. Length of pipe from valve of use point should not be more than 6 times of pipe diameter, in order to prevent from “stagnant water”. This can prevent from second pollution of ultrapure water and guarantee quality.
