DETAILS:

Ruixin CRD-A-II series oil mist filter is dedicated filter unit which has long using time and high efficiency. The characters owe to its structure , designation and large filter surface. For example , main filters filter dimension of CRD-A-II series is 24m2,which contains 2 filter stages.The first stage is the company's patented technology, a filter made by  high-tech filter material, is not afraid of oil and water. Oil and water, no adhesion to the material, oil water will accumulate into large drop then fall, thus ,  realizing  the self-cleaning function to oil mist. The second stage is a protective filter stage, HEPA filter, the oil mist inlet concentration is less than 100mg/m3 of oil mist environments, service life of the HEPA filter is 2 years at least, in low concentrations of oil mist, generally it can be used for 4 years. After these two stages of filtration, CRD-A-II series of oil mist filter gas emissions can be directly discharged indoors , reducing energy consumption in the plant (air conditioning) ,  realizing  the purpose of  saving energy , and low noise ,less than 72dB.
