Waste Neutralizing and Clear Water Recycling

      This waste waters treatment plant is capable to neutralize all spent waste liquors produced in this galvanizing pretreatment line while is also capable of recycling almost fully, the rinsing wa-ters back to the rinsing tank. The treatment is based upon the following principle:

         1. Mixing and homogenizing the spent acid with the rinsing waters;

         2. Neutralizing them with lime milk;

         3. Oxidizing them with bubbled air;

         4. Settling them to separate the solid sludge from the cleared water;

         5. Filtering the sludge, to produce “semi-solid cakes”;

         6. Correcting the final pH of the cleared water;

         7. Recycling the cleared water to the rinsing tanks.

      This unit works automatically and once in a while the filter-press has to be manually opened to unload the sludge.

      All treatment tanks of this plant are concrete made, whose drawings will be supplied by us and the erection, fabrication and acidproof lining of them are at  customer account and care.
