Use 1.2mm thickness good steel through punching, jointing , polishing ,chrome  procedures. Chrome grade TEN tested by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision

Use1.5mm thickness Band Steel powder coating after antirust treatment strictly. Better than Zinc alloy ,each seat can bear 120KG earth pressure at rest.Without damage never break.

Seat border

Chrome solide seat border  can support bigger weight force,so it is durable than other

Beam

Use 2.0mm thickness Band Steel through punching , jointing , spraying.

Cushion:

can be PVC or PU .Can make different color and material with your requirements

Note : Other color Blue ,Light blue ,Black ,grey , dark grey ,grey-white ,silver ,green and so on is acceptable .

Seat number :Seats can be from 1 seat to 5 seats link together .
