Adjust the water's temperature by control the mixing of the hot and cold water.

1.Working principle:

A heat sensor is installed at the water-outlet of the constant temperature mixed water valve, the valve core in the valve body is moved by the temperature sensor to block or open the cold hot water-inlet. The hot water opening is increased while the cold water opening is decreased, when the temperature adjusting knob sets a certain temperature, the cold hot water ratio at the water-outlet will be changed as well regardless of the change of the cold water-in or hot water-in temperature, therefore, the constant water-out temperature is ensured.

3.Application:

The constant temperature mixed water valve manufactured by our  company specially for the hot water system can be widely used for the electric geyser, solar energy geyser and central heating system. The user can adjust the mixed water temperature when needed without being affected by the water temperature, water pressure, when the cold water is broken off, the mixed water valve can close the hot water automatically in a few seconds, which shows the safety protection.

4.Installation and notes:

1).The red mark means hot water inlet, blue mark means cold water inlet.

2).After the temperature is set, if there's any change of water-in temperature and pressure, the change of water-out temperature is from minus 2 centigrade to plus 2 centigrade.

3)If the cold, hot water pressure is not the same, it is required to install a retaining valve at the water-inlet to prevent cold, hot water flow cross.

4).If the proportion of the cold, hot water pressure is over 8:1, a pressure release valve should be installed at the higher-pressure side to ensure proper adjusting of the mixed water.

5).When selecting and installing, please check if the nominal pressure, mixed water temperature scope tally with the product parameters or not,
