Material is always in the first position for quality. We choose better one. 4. We take care of semi-finished products. At this step, we need to check: metal parts for welding, polishing and structuring; glass - aluminium disks to see if there are scratch on glass or painting; seats and flat sponge seat backs to see if PU/PVC is clean or the sewing line is straight, etc. 5. Packing Time: 5pcs-10pcs for each model; try to assemble by single person without help to ensure everything is OK. This is the last step to test. Stander paper carton, inside foam paper for export must be packed with 100% cover on the products for protection.
