transformer core machine

this machine are applied for the power transformer core manufacturing,mutual inductor core manufacturing,ballast resistor core making,audio transformer core producing magnetic amplifier core manufacturing ,voltage regulator core manufacturing,charger core manufacturing etc.

1.  First, feeding servo motor matched with precision roller transport the silicon steel to the winding 

mold,

2. second, cutting material servo motor connecting gear case and die cutting instructure can cut off 

silicon steel sheet (thickness 0.5mm,  )

3. third, winding servo motor linking imported gear case drive spindle to coil material with strong 

torsion.

4. Finally, the pushing servo motor make the winding core flat and then push out.
