Constituent part

1. Emptying part

2. Strain part

Adopt cylinder pressure,scrolling when taut role,that the product compaction.

3. Feeding part

Can auto sent the material to the coil mould outside, motor adopts the Japan "OM"

4. Shear part

Adopt hydraulic shear, combination mould and can rush out of the pilot holes and U shape.

5. Coil stock part

Adopt transducer to speed-regulate, with precision gearing mesh, to realize no virtual bits.

Mould has been heat treated.

Cylinder has pressure feeding function.

Convenient to loading and unloading, can core-pulling automatically.

6. Rack

Welded by thickness, after quenching and tempering treatment, guarantee the fastening and not deformation.
