Titanium Alloy Gr 5 Ti6Al4V (Ti64) is the most widely used titanium alloy which is also heat treatable. Its high strength, low weight and corrosion resistance gives broad applications.The largest market for titanium Grade 5 is the airline industry. The alloy can by heat treatment, providing even greater strength. In addition to the aerospace industry the alloy is used for medical, chemical process equipment, automotive and marine applications.

Features: Low-density, light weight, high strength, also have good protection against erosion and corrosion, good processing properties, high and low temperature resistance, anti-acid, anti-alkali. Titanium is resistance to chlorinated water, ozone, iodine, bromine and salt water.
Application: machinery and equipment, plating equipment, medical equipment and a variety of precision mechanical parts, such as stirring rods, fasteners, golf, titanium bars filter etc.
