Structure and performance of the machine

1. The frame is welded with C section steel, very simple yet stable..2. The abutted seam-sewing device adopts imported straight slideways. A micro-gear reducing   motor is adopted to control reciprocation of the sewing machine, and it can use different   sewing machine heads according to customers' need of different threads and needles.3. Frequency converter and PLO program are adopted to achieve automatic control.4. This machine features functions like automatic abutted seam sewing, cloth examination, and   cloth placing. An automatic cloth-placing table can be added to it.5. This machine won' t produce deflected sewing of abutted seams and weft skewness. And it   can save much labor.
