HFGA128 Direct Warping machine is a weaving preparatory machine, as a support facility for various brand sizing machines.

With the continuous improvement of dying & finishing technology as well as wash and wear technology, cotton fabric and fallow garment from a trend of fashion, on the basis, our comany successfully developed the HFGA128 Intelligent Direct Warping Machine, which is the first of its kind in China, as a support facility for name brand sizing machnes both at home and abroad.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

·Warp winding is of direct warp beam driven, ensure warp winding under constant tension.

·Fully computerized control by Mitsubishi PLC and frquency speed cntrol ensure constant surface speed.

·10.4-inch touch screen, easy operation, direct and informative, comprehensive trouble shooting and analyze.

·Pneumatic cotrolled press roll ensure the desired winding density. Pressure adjustable. Press roll bounce quickly upon braking to avoid friction between roll and yarn.

·Complete integrated pneumatic system for automatic loading and doffing, versatile application for all types of beams.

·Car-used disc brake system specified fo braking of warp beam to ensure rliable brake in short time. Electromagnetic brake for press roll and guide bar ensure steady and short break distance.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

·Varieties KOYO precise sensors available for monitoring of warping speed and length, winding thickness as well as air pressure.

·Expansion reed move left and right, up and down automatically. The ratio of its traversing speed to the warping speed can be initialized according to different processing demands. It vertical motion avoids friction of reed. Reed gap adjusted by motor, powerful intermittent blower keep reed clean.

·Pneumatic controlled windshield move up automatically alng with the operation of headstock.

·Safety guard rail and infrared raster guarantee safety of operation.

·Cone ends and cone pitch to order.

·Broken end stop motion device is of infrared ray type, sensitive and reliable.
