KEY FEATURES:

DF252 series high temperature/high pressure dyeing machine is desighed to meet requirements of low bath radio,low energy consumption,big load and to suit the dyeing processes for different kings of yarns and is the largest structure and controlling mode for package dyeing.In-process inspection by PLC and computer monitoring and control functions,there by fully ensuring repeatability of the dyeing process.

To meet the needs by different dyeing processes and the matching production yields,customers have multiple specifications of air cushion type and fully filled type of DF252 package dyeing machine to choose from.

DF252 is suited to pure cotton,ployester fiber,nylon,wool,Dacron,cotton mixture,wool mixture,linen/cotton mixture and different kinds of blended yarns.With different bobbin creels the machine can handle different kinds of fiber such as pachage yarn,bulk wool,yarn roll,zip fasteners and bands et.

Standard desigh for DF252 series air cushion and fully filled types are provided.You should spcify the machine type and number of yarm wind when placing your order.E.g DF252- 1200x9 means type DF252 with internal vat diameter of Φ1200mm and number of yarn wind of 9.Standard yarn column is of diameter of Φ48mm;triangle column of Φ30mm is for six- wind package dyeing machine only as optional,other specification of yarn columns are available as perneeds.Quantity of yarn pachage is based on standard package of Φ165mmxΦ165mm.Max load is calculated based on 1kg per package yarn. Creels can be tailor-made to match diferent sizes of yarn bobbins and outer diam-eters of spools.In case of changer of specifications,please consult our company.
