1.Product outline

   DF-5753 in-line ash content analyzer boasts one set of in-line coal ash content measurement meter developed by the company to meet the needs of customers and make up for the shortcomings of traditional ash content analysis, which can be used to quickly and accurately measure the ash content of coal on a whole conveying belt. The instrument has such advantages as good stability, high measurement accuracy, convenience for installation and maintenance, etc. It needs no such trivial processes as sampling, sample-making, laboratory-testing, etc. and needs no additional investment in factory building and so on. It can be directly installed onto the belt support without the need to modify it in any way.

2.Performance indicators:

Measurement range: 5%~50%

Measurement accuracy: for clean coal: error≤±0.5%;

for raw coal with a low ash content: error≤±1.0%;

for raw coal with a high ash content: error≤±2.0%

Long-term stability: Measure standard pieces for 24 hours continuously, with any “ten-minute ash content” measurement value deviating from the average value for not more than 0.5%.

Field ambient temperature range: -20C~45C

Field ambient humidity range: ≤95% without condensation.

Radiation safety: The safety of the sealed source used meets GB4075. The dose equivalent rate 5cm from the instrument surface is ≤2.5μSv/h, meeting the radioactive protection requirement regulation in GBZ125-2002. Using the instrument normally will not cause any harm to the operator.

3.Product applications

The product is widely applied in coal mine, coal washing plant, coal blending plant, coking plant, coal-firing power plant, cement plant, iron & steel plant and coal terminal, etc. for in-line measurement. It can also be used in coal selection and blending process to adjust and control the production process automatically.
