Device construction:

1.This device is a high accuracy guideways system made by some high accuracy coalescing guideways and patent technology(patent No:ZL200420039252.7)air bearing slide platforms.

2. The length measuring system adopted XD1L150S double frequency laser interfere system made by API company.

 

Technology data :

1.The displacement of the slide platforms reach 80 meters max.

2.The straightness of the guideways is less than 0.5MM within 50 meters.

3.The uncertain degree is U=(0.2+1.15L)um k=2

4. We could be able to manufacture the device reach more than 100m.
