Our Silicone Heart Dessert Moulds watering muffins in gingerbread man shapes. The highly flexible silicone material allows you to peel the mould off the muffins, without leaving any bits of the cakes behind.

The interior surface of the mould is highly non-stick and its flexibility literally allows you to peel it off the muffins or other cakes, so that they release fully intact. It will bake at up to 300C (572F), the extreme of oven temperatures and allows the heat to spread evenly for quick and even cooking.

The Gingerbread Muffin Mould can also be used down to -50C (-58F) in a freezer. So, in addition to baking, it can be used for making chilled and frozen desserts or freezing fruit juices as sorbets, starters or even lollipops!!

 The unique high gloss finish has a non-porous, non-stick surface that will not retain any odours or flavours. The mould can be washed in a dishwasher or just rinsed and wiped clean

After baking, it can be folded for easy storage
