6. Installing instruction
a) Install dotnetfx.exe, if your computer system is Vista, may be you don't need to install this process. Dotnetfx.exe is framework 2.0 of Microsoft, you can download it from the website of Microsoft;
b) Decompress TEMPerLAN.rar to you computer, and running TEMPerLAN\TEMPerLAN.exe.
Hardware installing:
Plug the TEMPerLAN into LAN through router, If you plug it correctly the red light in the device will be turned on. If happen error , the red light will turn off .
7.Operating instruction
1) Read data : Run TEMPerLAN_20.exe, and then connect 18b20 probe into TEMPerLAN device, then connect the device into LAN through router. After all connected successfully it is ready to read temperature. See below picture:

Figures for the real-time temperature are in green, red is for the maximum temperature, blue for minimum and orange for average. If the temperature exceeds the warning value, recording background of the corresponding probe will turn red.
2) Data log : After finding device, software will automatically start measuring temperature and create records.

3) Loading the curve graph: You can load the curve graph on the “Curve view” option part. Note, the device must be connecting to the computer to work, so the curve graph is the one about the real time temperature. And the function button can move, magnify, print, copy and save the curve graph.

4) Setting :To calibrate the temperature: When you first use the device or found the temperature is higher or lower than the actual temperature, you can calibrate it on setting option. For example, if the actual temperature is 26 degree centigrade, but the number that the device read is 28 degree centigrade, you should input -2 to the calibrate table ;If the actual temperature is 28 degree centigrade but the reading is 26 degree centigrade, so you should input 2, and then click the “setting” button to save your setting.

5) MSN : Log in MSN sender account in the TEMPerLAN_20.exe software, the friend of this MSN account can get the temperature data by sending certain orders.

6) Email : Log in the sending and receiving email accounts. When the temperature reach warming value, a email will be send to the receiving email account.
