Assembly thermal resistance
Introduction Assembly thermal resistance is usually connected with display meter, recording meter and computer, etc. to directly measure temperature of liquid, vapor, gas and solid surface ranging from -200°C to 600°C during various production process. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, metallurgy, electric power, light textile ,food and other scientific department.
Theory It is based on that temperature change of material results in charge of its resistance. When resistance value change, the working instrument will display relevant temperature
Features Spring thermal sensor with good shock-proof performance No compensational wire, spare cost. High measuring accuracy High mechanical strength, good pressure-resistant performancesImported film resistor with stable & reliable performance

Insulation resistanceThe normal temperature insulation resistance for Pt should be no more less 100MΩ.The normal temperature insulation resistance for Cu should be no more less 50MΩ.The testing voltage of insulation resistance should be 10~100V DC.
Nature affectsAllowing the passage of maximum current is 5mA for Pt thermal resistance, and the resulting temperature rise is not more than 0.3°C.
