Quality Control
JRP provides Quality Control service for projects and equipments which come form China for overseas customers. With JRP’s more than 10 years of experience in the metallurgy & heavy machinery industries and the strict quality control process, we reduce your quality risks and cost in China.
We usually perform the quality control according to international quality control standards, as well as per the customer’s instructions and criteria. Usually our quality control services include the following steps: Pre-Production Inspection, In-Process Quality Control, Final Inspection before Shipment and Shipment Loading Supervision.
1. Pre-Production Inspection
The pre-production inspection will make sure the factories have well understood the requirements and the specifications of the order. JRP will arrange technology analysis first to check every important point first, and then JRP will check the workshop condition is ready for production. JRP will also make arrangement for sampling before production to insure there is with no any problem. JRP will make standard ITP (Inspection and Test Plant) according to the production process and schedule.
2. In-Process Quality Control
JRP will supervise the workshop to prepare the products according to the equipments and ITP. With JRP’s experienced engineers, the modern instruments and the detailed documents, we will insure the production processes are strictly according to the requirements and ITP. JRP will check every points according to the ITP and will make QCP (Quality Control Plan) report after each step of production from the beginning drawing checking to the end of packing.
3. Final Inspection before Shipment
JRP will inspect the final result at the end of production, including product quantity, final appearance, measurements, NDT, weight, packing act. A detail inspection report will be made for all the information for confirmation of the customer.
4. Shipment Loading Supervision
JRP will arrange people to port for supervision of shipmen loading, make the all the right packages are well taken care by the port people. Due to years of shipment experience, JRP can also organize special transportation for very big and heavy items.
