General description
Yeast extracts is manufactured from fresh high quality yeast. It is a good supplier for all kinds of amino acids, water soluble vitamins especially those belonging to B complex. Solubility
It is easy to dissolve in water. The 1.0% water solution is clear, light yellow. The small bubles produced during dissolution wil disappear on standing for 20 minutes. There is no precipitatation under high temperature and high pressure conditions with alkalinity and phosphates.
