2. Steel back: adopt 08AL, 10#, 15#, 20#3. Surface roughness of steel back: Ra≤0.63um4. Allowable deviation: thickness of steel back, ±0.04mm, total: ±0.03mm5. Standard: ZBT12003-876. The copper lead alloy layer and the steel back must be combined very firmly. The copper lead alloy layer will not separate from the steel back when curved 180° degree (when total thickness ≤3mm)7. The relative density of copper lead alloy layer must not be less than 98%, so that it can meet the requirement of galvanization of dual or three elements soft metal.
