Pre-heat treatment:
Annealing after forging:heat to 860-890°c,keep 3-4H, furnace cold below 500°c, out and air cold ,hardness ≤229HBS,organizations is Ball of Pearlite and a small amount of charring.
Characteristic:
1.High hot strength and hardness.
2.Good toughness and abrasion resistance.
3.Heat treatment deformation small
4.Can resist erosion of aluminum melt

Make hot extrusion mould, mandrel, alloy die custing, hammer die, forging press mold, precision - forging machine mould .etc
