Pipe Base Screen

Our pipe base screens are manufactured with strict quality standards to be at par with international standards. The screen jackets are manufactured by spirally wounding narrow faced Vee-Wire around a cage of longitudinal support rods. Each intersection point of these wires is fusion welded. These jackets are then mounted over seamless pipe(API Casing, tubing) which is perforated as per international standards to ensure flow performance, and then both ends of jacket are welded on to the seamless pipe.

Precise Punched slotted Screen jacketprecise punched slotted Screen jacket can adopt line seam welding along axial direction of tube or helical welding mode to enhance strength of filtering sleeve greatly. Aperture can be decreased or closed by compressing parts with external force during local extrusion to guarantee reliability of sand control. It shall adopt precise punching technique. Side punching opening of stainless steel precise punched slotted Screen jacket can reduce direct erosion effect of sand bed to screen. Machining range of punching aperture is from 0.20mm to 1.00mm. Machining error scope can be controlled within 0.015mm which can guarantee requirements of filtering precision. It adopts high-density punching technique. Effective opening slot length is three to five times of length of ordinary slotted tube and two to three times of length of ordinary caulking screen. Peculiar helical layout of central tube Central tube of high-density precise punched slotted screen adopts standard oil tube and casing. Central tube adopts helical perforation form to reduce aperture area of cross section of tube and retain strength of central tube as much as possible on basis of guarantee of integral area of passage of tube. Sand shall be blocked out of punching screen and oil, gas or water in stratum can pass punching aperture and perforation on central tube to enter into screen to realize the purpose of sand control.Excellent anti-corrosive performance Central tube adopts API standard casing or oil tube. precise punched slotted screen jacket adopts stainless steel 304. Central tube can adopt anti-corrosive casing or oil tube according to special requirements of high concentration Cl- well containing H2S, CO2. Screen shall be resistant to acid. alkaline and salt corrosion.
