1.Oxidized starch is made of natural corn starch reacted with oxide by acid, alkali or

neutral chemicals. Whiteness is better than natural corn starch, high stability of paste, decreased retrogradation, increased solubility, low gelatinization temperature, good

viscosity, better theca making.

2.Cationic starch is with cationic feature which is made of natural corn starch reacted

with cationic by etherification. Low gelatinization temperature, clear solution, better fluidity,

stability viscosity, decreased retrogration, with higher dispersion and solubility.

3. Etherified starch. The hydroxyl of starch is etherified by acid; our product is phosphate ester starch. low gelatinization temperature, high viscosity, good transparent and better stability and decreased retrogradation.

4.Acid starch. Acid starch is made of natural corn starch with acid in the lower

temperature than Gelatinization temperature. Low viscosity and lower producing cost
