The sprocket is divided into active sprocket and driven sprocket. the initiative sprocket is mounted on the engine output shaft in the form of spline, the last driven wheel is mounted on a motorcycle drive wheel, and power to the drive wheel through the chain.Generally speaking, the initiative chain wheel is smaller than the driven sprocket which can play a deceleration and increasing twist effect.

Our sprockets were made of quality carbon structural steel, precision hobbing , their dimensions and machining accuracy was identified by the Technical Supervision Departments and fully meet the GB/T1243-1997 Standard . The heat treatment is used by carburizing , not only to ensure strength , but also improve the wear resistance . The outer surface is galvanized to be anti-rust appearance .
