The main characteristics of Titanium alloy material is "corrosion resistance" and "low specific gravity". Our adopt "Ti-6V-4V (Grade 5)" and "Ti-22V-4Al" as Titanium alloy spring materials.

2. Heat & Surface treatment.

     

       Heat treatment which aiming at stress relief is carried out to "Ti-6V-4Al".

       Age-hardening is carried out to "Ti-22V-4Al" at vaccum furnace.
