At present, the domestic large package winder fails to keep pace with heavy raw materials more than 10,000 denier. And large package winder for carpet yarn, ribbon, and special cord, and other heavy fiber is blank in China, many domestic users mainly depend on the import which cost very much. In response to this situation,our company in 2004 developed the SF200-4-and SF200-4A large package Winder, devoted to such heavy fiber. It can greatly improve productivity of carpet thread and other kinds of special threads and is the best choice of carpet companies.

SF200-4A Large Package Winder is our newly-developed machine in 2004. It is an enhanced type of ordinary large package winder and mainly used for winding and rewinding of carpet thread and ribbon thread in heavy industry. The winding capacity is very large. The winder structure is simple and endurable and can meet the requirement of high-speed winding.

This unit is of single transmission and AC frequency converter single control. It is equipped with length calculation device and self-stop upon end down device, and the trellis equipment is optional upon customer's need.
