Labspark 5000 SparkOptical Emission Spectrometer
APPLIED RANGE:
Widely applied in the fields of metallurgy, casting, machinery, metal processing, etc., the spectrometer offers outstanding performance in terms of pre-furnace testing,
production process control and finished products testing in central laboratory. It is widely used for elemental analysis of metals like Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Co, Mg, Ti, Zn, Pb, Sn, Ag and the alloys.
SPARK STAND:
l The dimensions of the spark stand: 150 x 120mm. The maximal weight of analyzed samples is up to 50Kg.
l A security device prevents the spark emission if the door is open.
l The newly-designed coaxial spark table adopts optimized internal gas circuit, which reduces the consumption of argon, reduce the internal residual metal dust inside of the spark table, and improve the stability of the data analysis of the instrument.
l Integrated lens and isolation valve system: The isolation valve with one lens can prevent pollution caused by routine maintenance, and the lens is easy to be replaced.
l The constant temperature system of optical lens can prevent the optical lens from fogging.
l Particularly designed discharge chamber ensures the best discharge condition.
l Emission electrode is tungsten electrode.

New monitoring system and temperature-controlled system:
— The system monitoring software under Windows can control and display all states of the instrument, such as system temperature, vacuum degree of light room and so on. The operation is quick and easy, and it is also convenient for maintenance and debugging.
— The independent constant temperature system of light room, electronic unit and spark table avoids the influence for the stability of the instrument by temperature fluctuations.
— The specific two-stage full-automatic constant temperature system with high efficiency reduces the preheating time of system and improves the stability of instrument. When the instrument is power on, the system gets into low energy insulation state automatically; when the instrument starts to work, the system raises the temperature automatically and switches to high-precision insulation state. The temperature fluctuation is controlled at +/- 0.1°C.

INTEGRAL COLLECTION:
l Single spark collection can filter abnormal spark and advance the analytical precision of spectrometer.
l Delayed integral technology: every channel can use different delayed integral and reach the best integral time matching, thereby advance the analytical precision of spectrometer.
l The data is collected by USB, and can be transferred stably.
l Multi-threaded data collection methods can improve the stability of the software and the reliability of data.
VACUUM SYSTEM:
l The casted optical chamber ensures alow coefficient of thermal expansion and can greatly improve the stability of the instrument.
l The vacuum grade is provided by mean of a vacuum pump and controlled by vacuum control devices.
l Absorbing trap.
l Vacuum pump is equipped with a solenoid isolation valve and can prevent the pump oil to be inhaled into the optical chamber. No circuit design, it is stable and reliable.
ANALYTICAL SOFTWARE:
l Different metal bases and different analytical programs are included.
l The operator can select the software’s interface between Chinese and English version.
l The correction of the third element interference can improve the analytical accuracy.
The software allows :
l To create or modify the analytical programs
l To select output modes (intensities, intensities ratios, uncorrected concentrations, corrected concentrations etc)
l To select contents units
l TO apply global recalibration
l To apply mini calibration
l To apply elemental interference correction
l To print out all results or the their average, standard deviation and relative standard deviation for up to more than 100 discharges.
l To repeat or reject one or more discharges
l To apply CRMs library
l To conduct statistic calculation
l To print results in different languages (English, Chinese)
l To output the results in a way which can be accepted by the Office software.
l To store the data on hard disk for other applications .

The advanced data acquisition technology of single spark can complete the analysis of Al inclusion in steel (Als and Alins).
Self-developed furnace burden matches the software automatically, it can generate the durance burden matching scheme automatically according to the testing results.
COMMUNICATION DEVICE:
Various communication modes can meet the different needs of users, which can transfer data to remote terminal or printer for online analysis, remote monitory, diagnosis and maintenance.
