2033BMG-HAN-HSIA (shorted as HSIA) is new generation of hotel specified authentication, authorization and accounting (called AAA) gateway and software, that inherit all features of old series 2033BMG-HAN product, meanwhile highly integrate up-to-date wireless broadband application, and firewall security functions, provide to hotel AAA, Firewall, Qualify of Service management, and operation support all-in-one highly integrated device. It makes the deployment of Internet service to guest much easier, make the maintenance easier, and make the service quality increased.
Typical Application Topology
The new generation of hotel authentication and accounting system is consisted of DR.COM 2033 HISA gateway (hardware) and APP (software installed inside hardware). DR.COM 2033 HISA is deployed in the hotel core layer between core switches and the export router, All-in-one box to support whole hotel network following functions:
IP address allocation management (DHCP);Captive portal for guest Internet connection; self-manageable portal page. Not only one portal page, but to support different portal pages basing on different VLAN, to support push specified portal page at different area inside hotel;Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (optional) for Guest or staff Internet connection;Security and behavior control for Guest and Staff when they using Internet.Quality of service control for different level guest and staff, provide differentiate service for users, matching with hotel guest room differentiate service.Central management of all network devices inside hotel. Not only 2033 HISA own, but also SNMP based management to all the switch, AP, and routers.Lawful Inspection reports output for government checking.Interface to PMS for one-bill and easy check-in and check-out.Dr.COM 2033 HISA supports MIMO network environment, such as the hotel’s network environment of multiple uplinks and multiple cores, the deployment of a Dr.COM 2033 HISA can provide fully wired and wireless networks access, and using multiple uplinks to broadband operators.

The core function of Dr.COM 2033 HISA is guest terminal plug-and-play (zero configuration for any terminal), wireless terminal portal browsing auto match, real-time local authentication and accounting, IP assignment, access control strategy, accounting management, network security monitoring, log collection and so on. The product is used for authentication and accounting, firewall, PMS API all-in-one machine, high reliability and high stability, can work independently, easy deployment and maintenance; and the use of B/S architecture, easy to use and deploy.
