Granularity: 5-30mm, smaller than 5mm and larger than 30mm of it does not surpass 5% of the total weight
Advantage: strong nodularization, stable composition, smooth reaction, no recession worries. the slag content produced during the nodulizing period is small, which is only 1/8 of slag content produced ; the nodulizing cost is lower than common nodulizer.
Application:
1. We produce all kinds of ductile cast iron for the various plate of RE-Si-MG alloy nodularizer, After added to the molten iron, it can play the role of nodularization, desulphurization, degas, etc.
2. It can increase the purity of the cast water, and wit arsenic, zinc, it can generates compounds, which are insoluble in iron and low melting point. Remove these impurities can prevent the interference of nodularization damage.
