EQUIPMENT INTRODUCE:The LXD automatic continual discharge centrifuge belongs to the vertical centrifugal discharge conduction fluid filters type centrifuge, this type has set of unique conduction fluid installments, can effectively adjust the resident time material in centrifuge, thus enable the solid particles bigger than 40 μ m can obtain the satisfying effect.

Working principle: The materials enter centrifuge by upside feed head, material continual guided into conduction current channel by current divider, under centrifugal force function,

Material down-flow along conduction current channel, in mobile process, liquid penetrate mesh to enter collection fluid warehouse, solid dispersed into solid collection warehouse along conduction current channel, under centrifugal filtration and centrifugal dump at the same time. The conduction current channel angle can adjust at will, thus change the channel, then controls the resident time of material in conduction current channel, controls the solid material wet content to optimum condition.
