Feature of process:

The process of normal temperature molecular sieve purification , external compression for oxygen , expanded air into upper column , turbo expander with booster , structural packing upper column and full rectification argon recovery technology is used in such complete set of air separation unit with the features of large variable-load range , low power consumption and high recovery rate , etc.

1.       It is up-to-date International technics flow and reasonable equipment schemes , having the virtues as low working pressure simple operation , less maintenance fee and good long contiuous  running performance .

2.       It is under DCS controlling system , and measurement , regulation , alarming ,control and  inter-lock will be carried out in the central controlling room . It will also be installed in advanced controlling system according to end users requirement .
