Iron Powder Filter Press

Features:

1. Twice squeezing: first by high pressure squeezing, and then by memrane squeezing, it will achieve the lowest cake moisture.

2. Hydraulic compressing, automatic maintaining pressure.

3. Double cylinder lead to a steady pressing force and perfect filtering effect.

Dazhang® iron powder filter press has the following characteristics:

1. The structure adopts AIO automatic welding,solder side is flat, weldjoint is solid, it can service longer without any distortion.

2. Mainbeam is processed by sand blasting to improve mechanical properties of surface, thereby gain a better wear resistance, extended its service life.

3. Hydraulic station is steady in operation and easy in maintenance. Hydraulic cylinders are made by steel 45 after surface processing with feature of high hardness.

4. Plates are made from reinforced polypropylene, it has high elastic modulus, high strength, high heat distortion temperature, good chemical resistance and good dimensional stability.

5. Filter cloth could be washed by auto cleaning system, it will endure filter cloth's good performance.

6. Auto plate shifting system features easy operation, low noise and simple maintenance.
