it is recessed type which has good seal condition, when air or water feed into the plate, membrane becomes inflate and can produce very high pressure to squeeze the cake, the moisture content be reduced lower. The plate has features as acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, non-toxic and has a long service life. Working temperature of this membrane plate is 0-80°C.

Material can be PP, SS, cast iron, etc. Besides, we also can make plate which can bear high temperature and pressure with material of reinforced PP and fiber glass PP.

Filter cloth:

Various kinds of filter cloth which suit for different kinds of slurry, improving the filtering accuracy; the highest filtration accuracy can be 0.2micron.

Compressor arm:

Its material is SS304 with the advantage of durable and strong.

Antiseptic treatment:

Antiseptic treatment can be made according to the customer’s requirements or the feed’s PH: the frame can be covered by SS, PP material, and spray-paint treatment. Spray-paint has the best preservative effect.
