PROCESS FLOW BRIEF DESCRIPTION

      By utilizing the nature of adsorption capacity of adsorbents that differ with different gas components in the physical adsorption process, i.e. the adsorption capacity increses by increasing of partial pressure and decreases by increasing of temperature for the same gas component; when CO2 gas mixture goes through a vessel containing adsorbent under pressure, co2 is adsorbed by adsorbent while other gases go through adsorbent beds, thus the mixed gases are separated. When the adsorption capacity of adsorbents is nearly saturated, decrease the pressure (vacuum operation) to release the adsorbed CO2. It is normally that two stages of operation are adopted based on client's different requirement for the contents of CO2 as product so as to ensure the yield of valid component and stable index.

1. Production Scale: 100~100000Nm3/h

2. Depth of Purified Gas: CO2 ≤ 0.2%(v/v)

3. Pressure of Purified Gas: 0.3~3.0MPa-g

4. H2 Recovery Rate:    ≥98%(v/v)

5. Nitrogen Recovery Rate:  ≥88%(v/v)

Remarks:

    It also can recover CO2 with its thickness > 90%(v/v) as high concentration CO2. 

    It is also used to remove or thicken CO2 from sources of CO2-Rich gases.
