CUT cores

Material: It is made of 23ZDMH85, 23ZH90, 23ZH100 cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with low iron loss and high permeability.   

Characteristic: Various shape of core can be produced based on customer drawings.

Application: AC/DC clamp meters, transducer, mutual inductor

Cut cores are manufactured according to customer specificaitons. These types of cores are used in the production of chokes, combined instrument transformers and specially designed transformers.

Electro-magnetic tests of cut-cores are performed before the cores are cut. Special test can be performed if required by customers.

Most of the wound cores can be cut at NICORE. Cut surfaces are rectified with great attention to ensure flatness and precision.
