Acceleration sensor contains a square probe (with the built-in sensitive component) and an adapter, the square probe is connected with the adapter by a light-weight cable, fixing the square probe onto the object under test, then in the process of movement, it can give a real-time measurement on the acceleration ahead of the probe. The acceleration sensor suits for the research and test on the acceleration of 1-dimension linear movement. The sensitive component of acceleration sensor is a silicon capacitance acceleration sensor, with the mass block designed at the free end of the silicon cantilever beam, and the metal electrode deposited at the top and bottom surface of the mass block, which forms a movable polar plate; place it between the two fixed battery lead plates. When applying the inertia force to the acceleration sensor, the movable polar plate will move slightly, it causes a change in capacitance; meanwhile, the circuit detects the change in capacitance, and will change the electric field of electrode; under the electric field force, the movable plate is kept consistently at the place closing to the zero displacement. At this time, the circuit can be available to output the exact acceleration information.
