OKIO-F 3D Scanner is a 3D scanner system with four eyes developed by TianYuan 3D Technology Co., Ltd, adopting high precision industrial CCD sensor with 1.31 million pixels, UHP cold light source. The characteristics are as below:

4. Q: can data be converted to entity directly?
A: hello, the data format is point cloud, and can be converted to entity after reverse modeling.
5. Q: what’s reverse engineering?
A: hello, reversing engineering is one subject requiring systematic learning. The main process is to reconstruct the surface from points and curves.
6. Q: is it complicated to use equipment?

A: hello, it depends on which model you choose, the smaller the model is, and the more accurate it will be. The accuracy of model 100 and 200 is within 0.02, for model 400, the accuracy is within 0.03.
17. Q: what size of object can be scanning?
A: hello, in theory, the equipments can scan objects of any size after registration, ranging from one tooth to the whole grotto.
18. Q: how to perform 3D inspection?

A: hello, it doesn’t take much room as the equipment involves only one tripod, one measuring head on it and one computer.
20. Q: is that necessary to put it in somewhere special?
A: hello, it depends on your end. Our equipment is not limited in constant temperature and humidity, as long as there is no direct sunlight when scanning.
21. Q: how large the area will be while white light scanning?
A: hello, the scanning area is different due to different model. The area for model 100: 100*75 (unit: mm); the area for model 200: 200*150 (unit: mm); the area for model 400: 400*300 (unit: mm), there is certain adjustment scope for each model, besides, customized design can be available.
22. Q: what’s the resolution?
A: hello, the resolution is different due to different model. For OKIO-H and OKIO-B Series, the resolution for model 100 is about 0.07mm; resolution for model 200 is about 0.15mm; and resolution for model 400 is about 0.25mm;
23. Q: how long it will take for single scanning?
A: hello, scanning time of single chip for series V & series B is less than 5 sec; for series H is less than 2 sec.
24. Q: is there any high command for computer while scanning?
A: hello, the computer with medium configuration is enough, while graphics card needs to be discrete graphics card
25. Q: does computer operation need to be 32 bit or 64 bit?
A: hello, we have different software versions for both Windows 32 bit and 64 bit.
26. Q: are there any consumable items for your equipment?
A: hello, the reference points are consumable items, but you can print yourselves or just buy from our company.
27. Q: how to keep these equipments?
A: hello, there is no need for special maintenance as long as there is no hard hit. We suggest to power off for several minutes after using of 8 hours, which can help heat dissipation be available.
