The performance of the aluminum corrugated plate

1.Durable solid stable adhesiveUsing the AL3003H16-H18, the front board thickness of aluminum corrugated plate is 0.8~1mm and the back board is 0.4~0.5mm(same as aluminum honeycomb panel),the core thickness is 0.2mm(honeycomb core is 0.06~0.07mm) and it use the AL100H16-H18. Due to the water-wave structure and curve shaped of interfacial bonding with both front and back board, the bond strength can be largely increased(better than aluminum honeycomb panel).Meanwhile, the adhesive which take advantage of thermosetting resin also have excellent power when joint at metal sheet. To ensure the durable and stable performance of both adhesive and building, the ERP system is adopted in the advanced automatic production equipments to control quality and production.Corrugated aluminum composite panel’s material used AL3003H16-H18, the thickness of front board is 0.8~1.0mm, the back board is 0.4~0.5mm(the same as aluminum honeycomb panel),the core used AL100H16-H8, the thickness of material is0.2mm(honeycomb core is 0.06~0.07mm),wave type, bonding surface and back board for the Arc, so it increased bond strength (more than aluminum honeycomb panel).

2.Energy saving and environmental protectionThe water-wave structure of the core forms the air channel between the front board and back board, which is hollow plate system so that it becomes the best products of heat insulation. By the effects of solar radiation, heat is taken away by the upward flow of warming air in the channel and has the performance of heat insulation.In cold area, seal the top and bottom of the channel will store the heat energy of the sunlight in the daytime and reduce the loss of indoor heating, with the best thermal insulation.During the period of construction, not only the excess material can be 100% recycled, but also it has the characteristic with environmental protection and free from contamination..In Project, the leavings parts can be 100% recovery, environmental protection and pollution-free.

3.Sound insulationDue to the curve shaped of the corrugated plate core, the surface reflects to the sound wave. In addition to that, it eliminates the sound coupling between the front board and the back board so that enhances the soundproofing performance to greater than 35db.Because the core is the corrugated arc and the surface reflect to the sound wave, it eliminates sound coupling between the front board and the back board, enhances the soundproofing performance to be bigger than 35dB.

4.Excellent flatnessThe aluminum thickness on both sides of aluminum composite panel can be only about 0.5mm, due to it, the carrying capacity becomes even smaller after floding. It’s not suited for the curtain wall project when it’s large scale or too high.The surface of aluminum sheet will be deformation of unevenness and also has influence on the artistic quality of external walls after 1 to 2 years using. For the reason that the linear expansibility is 2.35x10-5, the aluminum sheet will be large deformation after expansion and contraction.The aluminum honeycomb panel has better flatness, but it isnt adopted due to the high cost.The tensile and compressive strength along with 180°racking strength(Details are set forth in examining report) of corrugated panels are all bigger than honeycomb panel, so that it has excellent flatness, also maintains durable and stable with the building.

5.PVDF coatingAdopting PVDF fluorocarbon coating,the degrease, oil removal,wash,parch and chromaking are done by the automated production line to ensure the equality of coating thickness and better adhesive attraction. The corrugated plate has different colors , granite color  is available. The thickness of corrugated panels is 6mm, the proportion is 4.3kg/ m2. Because of the heavy weight and small load, the structure carriage can be reduced. That’s why the corrugated panel has more economical efficiency.
