Gravity Roller-Big-diameter Pressing Roll
The big-diameter pressing roll provides a wider pressure area, and the roll surface may be of a flat type and a blind-pore type. The wide pressure area can prolong the staying time of the paper sheets in the pressure area, and has higher pressure (the maximum linear pressure is even as high as 400KN/m), thereby enhancing the whole dewatering effect.
1) The roller is made of cast iron or seamless steel pope and the surface is coved by rubber;
2) Roller in side and outside surface will be processed;
3) We will process roller’s dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability;
4) Before the spindle head has been installed. We will make the second dynamic balance.

6) Normally it is wooden case packages. Some larger rollers are used metal packaging.
