1. Environmental Protective
A. Waste gas: Transferred through two safety device: water close &burning air nozzle. Fully burnt, not only eliminated pollutant but also minimized the quantity of fuels. For smoke dust discharge, we apply series machines of patent in our company Desulphurization and dust remover which could control the smoke dust discharge amount meet relative standards of CE.
B. Waste liquid: Produced waste acidic water in the process of oil disposing (50kg process from 1 ton of oil easy to process for small quantity). counteract the liquid by alkalescent liquid solution. After three stage of filtration, the litmusless waste water was introduced to evaporator(use the heat of the flue of main processor as its heating resource)
C. Waste solid. The solid residua will be left after the catalyst splitting from waste tire, they are carbon black and steel wire, carbon black is used in many industries such as electric cable jacketing, rubber additive, steel wires can be re-sell to wire factory.
2. Security
The main equipment is of high safety. The phase of the uniquefizable waste gas produced during the process is alkyl from C1to C4, which is dangerous when burning directly. In our process, it is transferred first through a water close device and a safety device- burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.
3, High output:
There are 57 pipes in our vertical condenser; the diameter of each pipe is 30mm, the length is 1500mm and the cooling area is 13m². We offer 3 condensers for XD-6 machinery, the total cooling area is about 40 m².
Horizontal condenser also has 57 pipes, the cooling area equals to 5 vertical condensers. If you want 8 tons plant, we can ofer you 1 horizontal condenser and 1 vertical condenser.
About 70% of the heavy oil is cooled and separated after the high temperature oil-gas going through condenser pipe and the oil –water separator, the rest of 30% of light oil is cooled after going through the second grade and third condensers. Thus the oil output increase.
